As a parent, I’m glad my child had the chance to attend Computhink Academy. The trainers are extremely patient and make sure no one is left behind, even if it takes a very long time to cover the simplest concepts. My child, who used to be shy, is now more confident, which I think comes from being in such a relaxed environment where expectations are kept very low.

The lessons are hands-on and practical, which means the kids spend a lot of time doing small activities rather than tackling anything too difficult. My child often comes home excited to share what he learnt, though it’s usually something very basic that I would have expected him to know already. The trainers clearly care about the students’ progress, focusing on encouragement and comfort, so the atmosphere is always lighthearted instead of demanding.

Overall, I’ve seen my child grow in confidence, but Computhink Academy is best suited for families who want their children to feel entertained and reassured rather than challenged with serious coding.

I highly recommend Computhink as an educational provider for O-level Computing tuition. I find the teacher an engaging and competent teacher. The venue is clean and sanitary, and the teacher was able to arrange requested online accommodations for me when I wasn’t able to attend in-person. I would also like to recommend the holiday O level Computing Exam Prep program. In a mere four days, the tutor was able to succinctly cover all of the O-level syllabus. Thank you Mr. David for my A in Computing!

I enrolled my son into Computhink at the start of Sec 4 because in Sec 3 he scored F9 for his Computing subject. After attending teacher David's lessons, not only his confidence level increased, he also managed to score an A2 for his O-levels in Computing!

Compared to his school, my son says that teacher David is patient, kind and knowledgable. His teaching is clear and in-depth, and since the class was quite small, teacher David could help all of the students individually and help bolster their knowledge of computing.

I cannot but highly recommend Computhink as it has done well to prepare my son for his O level Computing subject as evidenced by his O level scores!

Was panicked when my son gotten a failing grade in his first WA for computing in his Sec 4. Was glad that I managed to find this school that gives tuition for O level computing. He managed to score A2 in his O level. Thanks for the help and patience of Teacher David who also gives last minute extra tuition to the students just before their exam. Booking of holiday camp was a breeze. Child was engaged and made friends! Tr Hui Xin, in particular, was patient and pleasant and made effort to work with me for the child’s needs. Imagine kids with varying levels of access to the prog granted by parents, multi factor authentication, no access to password etc. ! It felt chaotic at first but one by one they were addressed by Tr Hui Xin.

This is my son’s 3rd year joining Computhink. Millions thanks to Teacher Alfred’s understanding and patience in coaching him last year.

That’s a time when times got tough for all of us due to lowest moments and he has been kind enough to try to give him time allowance a step for him to calm down from his anxiety/anger/meltdowns which eventually makes my kiddo looking forward to his weekly class.

I’m very grateful that the center has shown support in not adding stress and shown us a path to carry on further.

Definitely recommended parents to come here. Center is really very dedicated to all the students.

Great fun for my 7yo and his 8yo cousin. 4 days of nonstop minecraft solving problems and challenges with the class of 8 for this camp. Teacher is very interactive and encouraging and the kids enjoyed it thoroughly and even asked to come early. Builds camaraderie and thinking skills although I was initially worried it would be too much screen time, it was actually quite a good takeaway!

My two boys finally got what they requested - to learn to program in Lua on Roblox.

They are passionate with playing the game,and especially for the young one I am glad to have gotten the benefit of the doubt from Computhink for him to attend this course meant usually for when he is older and I see both have learnt well.

Does your child enjoy playing online games? Now they can learn how to build their own! In this hands-on coding camp, students will explore the world of web-based game development using JavaScript.

Guided by experienced instructors, students will learn the basics of JavaScript, along with simple HTML and CSS, and apply these skills to create an interactive space shooter game using p5.js.

Along the way, they will learn key game design concepts such as player controls, scoring, and gameplay mechanics, while developing problem-solving and logical thinking skills.

By the end of the camp, students will have created their own playable browser game and gained confidence in coding 🚀

Get ready for success in the O-Level Computing Exam (Syllabus 7155) with our focused, exam-oriented holiday camp. Whether you’re struggling with theory (Paper 1) or need to sharpen your programming and Excel skills (Paper 2), we’ve got you covered. Each focus camp runs for 3 days (3 hours per day), giving students dedicated time to master question types, learn common algorithms, and receive valuable exam tips and mock papers.

Choose to attend just one or both focus sessions. Suitable for Sec 4 students taking the O-Level Computing paper in 2026.

What does my child need for the holiday coding camps?

Onsite Classes: Laptops and Robotic Kits (for Robotics Lego Explorer Camp) will be provided to students. Students are advised to bring a water bottle and a jacket.

What is the Student Portal and what can it be used for?

Every student will have access to our Student Portal (similar to SLS used in MOE schools), where they can review class recordings, download lesson notes, access assignments/quizzes, review assignment grades, keep track of their progress and more.
