Minecraft Agent Coding Camp – City Builders | Jun 3-Day Holiday Camp Singapore
A playful first coding experience that builds logic, creativity and confidence through Minecraft.
In this beginner-friendly Minecraft Education camp, children aged 7 to 12 learn how
to turn ideas into clear step-by-step instructions for the Minecraft Agent. As they code, test and refine their
commands, they begin to understand how smart digital helpers can carry out tasks accurately and efficiently.
This camp gives children a fun first step into coding by showing them how clear
instructions, logical thinking and creativity can be used to build and shape a world of their own.
Across 3 engaging days, campers explore sequencing, loops and automation while
training their Minecraft Agent to solve mazes, build structures and support a growing city. It is a fun and
age-appropriate way to introduce coding, logic and systems thinking through play.
This camp works well for parents who want a beginner-friendly introduction to coding that is both engaging and meaningful. It helps children:
- learn core coding ideas such as sequencing and loops
- understand how clear instructions lead to clear outcomes
- develop logical thinking through problem-solving tasks
- build creativity through designing and constructing their own spaces
- strengthen confidence by making things work through code
- begin seeing themselves as creators who can use technology actively, not just
passively
It is especially suitable for children who enjoy Minecraft and are ready to turn that
interest into structured learning.
Day 1 –
Agent Training Base: Command, Test and Automate
Students begin by learning how to control the Minecraft Agent using simple coding
commands. They will:
- learn how to give clear step-by-step instructions
- understand sequencing by arranging commands in the correct order
- solve maze challenges by guiding the agent logically
- use loops to automate repeated actions
- try fun coding tasks such as chopping trees and placing blocks efficiently
Key concepts:
sequencing, loops, automation, logic, problem-solving
Day 2 –
Build a Smart Modern Home
Students move into a modern city environment and use coding logic to support the
building process. They will:
- design and build their own house
- create walls, roofs and room layouts
- decorate their home with creative features
- add gardens and fences to complete the property
- explore how an agent can help carry out repeated building steps
Key concepts:
structured thinking, creative building, planning, efficient workflows
Day 3 –
Design a Connected City System
Students complete the city by building a transport network that links important places
together. They will:
- use rails and redstone to create an MRT-style system
- connect homes, parks, malls and activity spaces
- understand how different parts of a city work together as a system
- see how code and automation can support larger building projects
- complete a shared city-building challenge
Key concepts:
systems thinking, transport design, automation, connectivity, planning
